Thanks for taking the time to check out our newly re-launched online & print magazine LEXICON. Originally an internet magazine created by two students with a focus on the drum and bass scene Lexicon has proudly made it as a print version. The magazine will be a vehicle to celebrate the diversity of talent within the drum and bass scene today. Worldwide contributors will feature in the next issue of Lexicon so the mag will report on how drum and bass is developing across the world. Lexicon will inform you of news on the labels and people behind them, interviews with DJs, MCs, promoters, those working behind the scenes and of course features on new and up and coming artists. Various shops across the UK will give the lowdown on whats happening in their area, as well as the usual charts, competitions and readers pages. We believe that were all part of a worldwide drum and bass scene, that is not only the UKs most original form of music ever ... but is also the most forward thinking and progressive style of dance music out there. So be proud of the scene you call your home and write to us with your views and stories. Let us know about your local drum and bass clubs and we will feature the best letters every month. We are obviously excited about the launch of our mag, Lexicon, and will endeavour to inform you of all the truly great things happening in our scene today. Once again if you feel you have a good idea concerning the mag let us know as it is you who will make our mag a success. Last of all, remember you can check out the print version in the shops.
