wierd web
http://www.asile.org/citoyens/numero13/pentagone/erreurs_en.htm
Undoubtedly the worst tragedy to occur in the series
of events that took place on September 11th was the destruction
of the World Trade Centre. But let’s not forget what else
happened on that unbelievable day - America’s military strategic
centre was also struck as another Boeing plummeted into the Pentagon.
This site analyses whether a plane could have caused the damage
actually found at the crash site, by using pictures and trying
to make sense of muffled eye witness accounts - all pointing towards
a totally credible conspiracy theory that no plane ever did actually
collide into the building.
http://www.moonmovie.com/10things.html
Unintentionally being drawn into the conspiracy
theories for this issue, this one was sent in with no name. So
did man really land on the moon? This is the question posed on
Moon Movie dot com. Quite a comprehensive site this will further
your interest in this alleged hoax if you watched any of the TV
documentaries on this subject earlier in the year. They challenge
again using mainly photographic evidence such things as realness
of surroundings, wind directions, disturbed ground and all the
nitty gritty.

At Steak and Cheese you can find a wealth of absurd
but well humourous stuff. Following the above link and extension
takes you to a directory of clever little games and joke videos.
‘Britney Brawl’ see Miss Spears limbering up against
ex-pres Bill Clinton, she prepares to bust her trademark wrestling
moves like ‘Kick Me Baby’, ‘The Spear’
and ‘The Britney Slam’. You can play ‘hangman’,
‘sheepy’ (make the sheep jump the hurdles/cars) and
hundreds of other classics as well as original novelty ideas,
enjoy.
http://www.punchbaby.com
Not sure what to expect when this was sent in going
by the name, Punch Baby, but don’t worry folks there’s
no condoning of child cruelty in any shape or form. An extensive
site that contains video clips of ‘you’ve been framed’
styled scenarios, celebs messing up on camera, also check some
of the funniest clips from Trigger Happy TV, Banzai and other
quality TV shows. Also historical moments can be found here like
Anthea Turner accidentally revealing her little cotton panties
to the world and Bill Clinton testifying that he did not have
any kind of sexual relationship with ‘that woman’.
http://www.gibbleguts.com
Gibble guts is a wicked cartoon fest tagged with
the best captions around. Simple interactive animations will also
have you in creases, the best one we reckon is ‘the farting
dog harmonics’ claimed to be “the most talented dogs
on the internet” and it’s not hard to see why as they
do what dogs are best at after all. You can also ‘spank
yer monkey’ (not quite what you think), pass the ‘intern
test’ (again taking the mickey out of the impeached former
US pres), ‘cross-dress Osama’ and check ‘dancin
granny’, all superb stuff.
Well that’s it again for now from our regular
‘weird web’ and as usual we are asking you the readers
to go forth into ‘cyber land’ and tell us what you
think could fit in this column (and there’s no denying you’ve
all come across something worthy for this). Email suggestions
to philp@lexiconmag.co.uk.
